About the role

The Program Manager for Supported Living will oversee the day-to-day operations of supported living programs in Yuba, Sutter, and Placer counties. This role involves managing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing support to individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of supported living programs
  • Manage staff and ensure their professional development
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
  • Provide support and guidance to individuals with disabilities
  • Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement program improvement strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in managed care or social services
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of disability rights laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to travel within the assigned service area
