About the role
The Program Manager for Supported Living will oversee the day-to-day operations of supported living programs in Yuba, Sutter, and Placer counties. This role involves managing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing support to individuals with disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of supported living programs
- Manage staff and ensure their professional development
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
- Provide support and guidance to individuals with disabilities
- Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders
- Develop and implement program improvement strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in managed care or social services
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Qualifications
- Knowledge of disability rights laws and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel within the assigned service area

Pay
- $50,000 - $60,000 annually
Schedule
- Full-time position
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
