About You

Please note - this will be Maternity Cover starting from the 12th July 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement person-centered support plans, promote independence, manage risks, encourage relationships, and ensure legal and best practice compliance.
• Develop flexible, engaging activity plans that promote autonomy and personal growth.
• Support individuals in maintaining healthy lifestyles and managing their health needs.
• Facilitate effective communication and maintain detailed, person-centered records.
• Oversight medication processes and support individuals in self-administration.
• Maintain a safe, clean-living environment and adhere to health and safety protocols.
