About the role
The role of a National Care Group Support Worker involves working with young adults who have complex needs. You will build positive relationships by listening, discussing, and planning goals and ambitions together. You will help plan daily tasks, assist with practical activities like cooking, cleaning, and running errands, and support personal care including eating and administering medication. You will also help plan and participate in exciting days out.

Schedule
