Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and supporting with eating, medication, and routine
- Help plan and participate in fun activities, trips, and community events
- Encourage independence and celebrate every milestone
- Assist with daily tasks like cooking, cleaning, and errands
- Build positive, trusting relationships through listening and open communication
- Support individuals to plan and achieve their personal goals and ambition
Requirements

- Great listening and communication skills
- Previous experience in care is welcome but not essential — we'll give you all the training and support you need to thrive
Qualifications
No formal qualifications are required, but previous experience in care is welcome. We will provide all the necessary training and support to ensure you can thrive in this role.
