About the role

Under the supervision of the Manager, the Community Behavioral Health Supervisor oversees daily operations of the community support program and staff to ensure quality, compliance, and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Staff supervision, training, and performance evaluations
• Monitoring clinical documentation and ensuring adherence to standards
• Recruiting and retaining high-performing staff
• Participating in program improvements and compliance reviews
• Delivering patient care when necessary and managing clinical crises
• Meeting program goals related to quality, compliance, and financial targets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Behavioral health experience
• A valid driver's license
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and documentation skills
