Support Supervisor

Under the supervision of the Manager, the Community Behavioral Health Supervisor oversees daily operations of the community support program and staff to ensure quality, compliance, and productivity. Responsibilities include staff supervision, training, and performance evaluationsmonitoring clinical documentation and ensuring adherence to standardsrecruiting and retaining high-performing staffparticipating in program improvements and compliance reviewsdelivering patient care when necessary and managing clinical crisesmeeting program goals related to quality, compliance, and financial targets Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field, behavioral health experience, a driver’s license, and strong interpersonal, leadership, and documentation skills.
