About the role
Support Specialists are needed to provide technical assistance and problem resolution to customers. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Document issues and resolutions in a ticketing system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
