Supported by a landmark Bombardier fleet order, we are building a modern fleet of late-model super-midsize and ultra-long-range aircraft and assembling a team committed to operational excellence, safety, and white-glove service.
Role Overview
The Member Support Specialist – Nights & Weekends is the operational heartbeat of BOND’s Account Management team when the rest of the world is off the clock. This role owns real-time trip coordination and member communication during evening and weekend hours — ensuring that the white-glove BOND experience never sleeps. You’ll work directly alongside Directors and Account Managers, handling the operational layer of trip execution so our client-facing team can stay focused on relationships.

- Monitor active flights and communicate delays, diversions, or operational changes to members and internal stakeholders immediately.
- Liaise directly with flight crews, FBOs, and third-party vendors to resolve issues in the moment.
- Act as the off-hours escalation point for operational issues, exercising sound judgment to resolve or elevate as appropriate.
- Partner with Flight Operations, Maintenance, and Scheduling to maintain cohesive trip execution across the operation.
- Ensure clean, accurate handoffs at shift transitions so the daytime team picks up with full situational awareness.
- Maintain accurate data entry across operational systems, keeping clean records for all assigned trips.
- Surface recurring operational gaps or service breakdowns to leadership for continuous improvement.

- Proficiency with operations or scheduling platforms; ability to learn proprietary systems quickly.
- Consistent availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a structured shift schedule.
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fractional aviation, Part 135 charter, or a premium private aviation environment.
- Familiarity with FBO operations, flight dispatch, or aircraft scheduling systems.
