Support Specialist I- Onsite, IA

Summary

Responsible for entering applications into our CRM system, checking applications, cancellations, and any customer service tasks that are required. Provides support for our Level 1 Individual Account Managers.

Job Details

• Build new or update existing client’s policy info in our CRM.
  • This will consist of entering client information from either a paper application, online application, or faxed application.
  • Enter email confirmation or fax confirmations into our CRM system.
  • Track application status - go out to the different Carrier websites or call carriers and track the status of the application and to update the Agent and our CRM system.
  • Update Agent and our CRM system with the application status through the activity and workflow processes.
  • Build policies for commissions team when needed.
  • Update carriers forms on the GBL agent portal.
• Customer Service Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Background knowledge in Health Insurance is preferred, but not required.
  • Full-time hours required with the additional hours as necessary.
  • Customer service experience required.
  • High-level of attention to detail with strong written, verbal and presentation skills.

Compensation

Hourly Range: $20.00 per hour.
Actual compensation may vary from posting based on work experience, education, skill level, and/or geographic location.
The Company may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
