Support Specialist

About the role

You will support the team by managing internal customer inquiries and providing timely, professional assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
• Handle inbound customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Review blueprints with quality checks to move along in process
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, maintaining a friendly and articulate tone
• Respond promptly to customer questions and resolve issues efficiently
• Utilize Microsoft applications and other tools to document and track interactions
• Demonstrate strong typing skills (minimum 25 WPM) for accurate data entry
• Ensure all interactions align with company policies and high-quality customer service expectations

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service, support or operations role - Internship experience welcome!
• 6 months of construction experience - experience evaluating blueprints
• Strong attention to detail with demonstrated experience working in Microsoft applications
• Ability to work with a strong sense of urgency and follow tasks through to completion
• Experience with data entry and tracking in Excel
• Excellent listening skills with a patient and empathetic approach to customer interactions
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S./Sponsorships are not available

Schedule

This is a 9-month contract opportunity in the Vancouver area with possibility of extension or conversion to perm. You will be working on-site 5 days per week with early morning to mid-afternoon shift hours.
