Support Specialist
Primary Responsibilities
- Receiving calls and visitors
- Composing and typing of routine correspondence, including emails and faxes
- Sending and receiving mail
- Schedule or coordinate meetings, handouts, lunches, travel, etc.
- Printing, binding, delivering of proposals (Regional or National Office)
- Edit PowerPoint presentations
- Attend meetings and take minutes
- Proofread technical reports and documents for grammatical or numerical errors
- Perform minor edits/format fixes of technical specifications and reports
- Input timesheet and expense reports
- Aid in special projects as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic clerical skills including basic computer and keyboarding skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Interpersonal and communication skills including proficiency in English spelling and grammar
- Experience in construction services field preferred
