Support Program Supervisor

About the role

Oversee community-based services supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role involves a mix of direct support, professional activities, supervision, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP)
• Supervise a team of Caregivers
• Provide direct support, including assistance with daily activities, medication administration, and personal care
• Handle administrative tasks such as staff hiring, training, and scheduling
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of related work experience
• Must be 18 or older with a valid driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Licenses or certifications as required by regulatory authorities
