About the role

Lead a team supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, ensuring the effective implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP).

Responsibilities

• Supervise Caregivers and provide direct support with daily activities, medication management, and personal care
• Facilitate community outings and transportation
• Handle administrative tasks including staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight to maintain efficient operations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of related experience
• Valid driver’s license with insurance
• Strong communication and organizational skills
