Lead a team supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, ensuring the effective implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP).
Responsibilities
- Supervise Caregivers and provide direct support with daily activities, medication management, and personal care
- Facilitate community outings and transportation
- Handle administrative tasks including staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight to maintain efficient operations
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of related experience
- Valid driver’s license with insurance
- Strong communication and organizational skills
