Support Program Supervisor

About the role

Responsible for supervising staff, supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and facilitating community involvement. Combines direct support, administrative duties, and supervision to ensure quality care and effective service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee Individual Service Plans (ISP).
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise Caregivers.
• Assist individuals with daily activities, medication, and personal care.
• Support community outings and transportation needs.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of related experience.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license, registration, and insurance.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
