BluePrint helps employees break down barriers, build stability, and achieve their goals, personally and professionally. The Supervisor ensures timely, confidential, and high-quality support services by providing direct supervision, staff training, coaching, and quality assurance. Reporting to the Program Manager, the Supervisor implements program policies and procedures, monitors service delivery, supports staff development, and promotes consistent program practices across the region.
