Support Operations Specialist

About the role

Cincy Connect Services is seeking a Support Operations Specialist for hands-on work centered on workflow control and the day-to-day demands of customer-support outsourcing across phone, email, chat, social channels, help desk, technical support, quality, and service operations.

Responsibilities

• Review the Support Operations Specialist workflow by helping the team track unresolved exceptions through closure.
• Maintain the Support Operations Specialist workflow by helping the team document process issues that repeatedly slow execution.
• Track the Support Operations Specialist workflow by helping the team keep recurring work organized by owner and status.
• Own the Support Operations Specialist workflow by helping the team check incoming requests for completeness.
• Coordinate the Support Operations Specialist workflow by helping the team route work to the correct next step.

Qualifications

• Use Help Desk Operations and Status Tracking confidently when carrying out support operations.
• Apply Documentation without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
• Document Task Management decisions clearly enough that another teammate can follow the reasoning.
• Use sound judgment around Service Operations, especially when escalation is required instead of assumption.

Quality Standard

The role is working well when workflow control becomes more reliable and repeated failure points are surfaced before they affect customers, partners, or teammates.

Position Details

Full-time, associate-level role. 100% remote within the United States.

Pay

Base salary: $42,000–$62,000 per year.
