About the Role
You will provide technical support for Microsoft Intune and related technologies, resolving complex customer issues through telephone, email, and chat. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams are essential to troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve technical problems while contributing to product improvements.
Responsibilities
- Resolve difficult customer technical issues via telephone, email, and chat support.
- Review, investigate, and resolve customer technical issues by collaborating within and across teams using troubleshooting tools.
- Participate in technical communities and peer delivery discussions.
- Develop technical and professional proficiency through training and readiness programs.
- Identify potential product defects and provide feedback to senior engineers for product and process improvements.
- Support Microsoft Intune, including Mobile Device Management (MDM), Mobile Application Management (MAM), device enrollments, and Windows Autopilot.
- Manage application packaging, deployment, and Windows updates deployment.
- Onboard and offboard Windows, iOS, macOS, and Android devices using Microsoft Intune.
- Create, maintain, update, deploy, and remove configuration policies (e.g., Device Restrictions, Wi-Fi Profiles, Domain Join Profiles).
- Design and implement Windows Autopilot and Co-Management with Intune.
- Configure Endpoint Security Policies, including Firewall Policies, Attack Surface Reduction, and Disk Encryption.
- Use PowerShell scripting, DHCP, DNS, and Co-Management for Intune implementations.
- Support end users in designing, installing, administering, and optimizing Microsoft Windows Updates.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with excellent spoken and written English.
- Demonstrable troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex customer issues.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Intune, including MDM, MAM, and Windows Autopilot.
- In-depth knowledge of Endpoint Security Policies (Firewall, Attack Surface Reduction, Disk Encryption).
- Experience with PowerShell scripting, DHCP, DNS, and Co-Management using Intune.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and mobile device operating systems, client-server technologies, and cloud services.

Pay
The salary range for this position across all US locations is a minimum and maximum target. Individual pay is determined by work location, job level, skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Additional compensation may include annual performance-based bonuses, sales incentive pay, or other forms of variable compensation.
