Role & Responsibilities Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft Intune configurations including device compliance policies, app protection, conditional access, and configuration profiles across hybrid and cloud-first environments.Automate endpoint provisioning, patching, and security hardening via Intune PowerShell scripts, Win32 apps, and Azure AD integrations.Lead troubleshooting of Intune enrollment, policy application, and reporting gaps for enterprise-scale Windows 10/11 and macOS fleets.Integrate Intune with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Azure AD Conditional Access, and third-party MDM tools to enforce zero-trust device posture.Document architecture, compliance baselines, and operational runbooks for audit readiness and team handoff.Partner with security, networking, and identity teams to align endpoint management controls with organizational risk frameworks.
