Principal Modern Endpoint Engineer - Microsoft Intune

About the role

We are seeking a Senior North America Digital Workplace Client Engineer responsible for engineering, implementing, and managing modern endpoint platforms. Key technologies include Microsoft Intune, Windows client, iOS/iPadOS devices via Apple Business Manager, Windows 365 Cloud PC, and Azure Virtual Desktop. The role involves defining architecture standards, developing multi-year roadmaps, and serving as the SME and Level 4 escalation point for endpoint issues. This is an onsite role.

Responsibilities

• Migrating from legacy management tools
• Partnering with vendors to evaluate emerging solutions
• Ensuring endpoint security and compliance in collaboration with security and infrastructure teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
• 8+ years enterprise endpoint experience
• 5+ years supporting Intune
• Expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Apple Business Manager, and endpoint security

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud virtual desktops (a plus)
• Relevant certifications (a plus)
