Support Center Representative

We're partnering with a healthcare organization seeking a dedicated Support Representative to help members confidently navigate their healthcare journey. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping others, enjoys solving problems, and thrives in a customer-focused environment.As a Support Representative, you'll serve as a trusted resource for members, assisting with benefits, claims, provider selection, and healthcare-related questions. You'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional member experience by providing clear guidance, identifying cost-saving opportunities, coordinating care needs, and collaborating with internal teams to improve access to services.Key Responsibilities:Assist members with healthcare benefits, claims, coverage, and provider-related inquiriesProvide guidance and support through complex healthcare situationsIdentify opportunities to reduce healthcare costs and improve access to careAdvocate for members and help coordinate services to meet their needsPartner with internal departments to resolve issues and improve the member experienceDeliver outstanding customer service with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detailWhat We're Looking For:Strong communication and problem-solving skillsPassion for helping others and delivering exceptional serviceAbility to navigate complex situations with professionalism and empathyCustomer service, healthcare, insurance, or call center experience is a plusTraining & Schedule:7-week paid classroom-style training programTraining hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PMUpon successful completion of training, regular schedule will be Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-7:00 PM Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
