Support Caregiver - Full-Time

About the Role

Join a mission-driven team as a Caregiver, providing community-based support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Assist with personal hygiene, behavioral challenges, and complex needs. Build meaningful relationships and support participants in achieving developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. Take initiative to promote community engagement and participation in favorite activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, individualized care to promote independence and well-being

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
• Strong communication, adaptability, teamwork, and time-management skills
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible behavior
• Valid Driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with insurance
