Caregiver - Full-Time

About the role

The Caregiver provides hands‑on support to seniors, fostering dignity, safety, and independence. The role includes assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care while adhering to Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and documenting changes. Caregivers engage residents through conversation and activities, support dining services, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care settings, the caregiver creates enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, etc.).
• Follow and document Individualized Service Plans and any changes in condition.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence for each resident.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care teams.
• Provide enriching experiences for residents in Memory Care settings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Age 18 or older.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.
