Caregiver - Full-Time

About the role

Join a mission-driven team as a Caregiver, providing community-based support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In this role, you will assist with personal hygiene, behavioral challenges, and complex needs, while fostering meaningful relationships and encouraging participants to engage in community activities and achieve personal goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support individuals in managing behavioral challenges and complex needs.
• Foster meaningful relationships and encourage community engagement.
• Help participants achieve personal goals, including budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.

Requirements

• No high school diploma required.
• Six months of human services or care experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and registered vehicle are necessary.
