Caregiver - Full-Time

About the role

Join a compassionate team providing community-based support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In this role, you will assist with personal hygiene, support behavioral challenges, and help participants achieve developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. You will build meaningful relationships, encourage community involvement, and demonstrate initiative to enhance participants' quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily living activities
• Foster independence and personal growth
• Assist with behavioral and complex needs

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Six months of experience in human services or care preferred
• Strong communication, teamwork, adaptability, and time-management skills
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible behavior
• Valid driver’s license and access to insured vehicle
