Caregiver - Full-Time

About the role

We are seeking an In-Home Intensive Behavioral Support Provider to deliver one-to-one behavior intervention services for children and adults with developmental delays and challenging behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior support plans.
• Assist with daily activities such as self-help, communication, social, cognitive, and motor skills.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed.
• Support clients with personal care tasks including bathing, feeding, dressing, and mobility.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of experience working with individuals displaying challenging behaviors.

Qualifications

• Preferred coursework in psychology, education, social work, or behavioral sciences.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Patience.
• Ability to follow detailed behavior plans.
• Ability to accurately collect data.
