Responsibilities

• Assist clients with building independent living skills such as cooking, budgeting, and hygiene.
• Support and motivate clients with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges.
• Plan, organize, and monitor client tasks and schedules to achieve goals.
• Provide consistent documentation of progress through case notes.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in the Santa Rosa area.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Digital literacy: MS Word, email, basic data entry.
• Experience with transferring clients preferred.
• Strong communication, dependability, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude.

Skills

• Behavioral health experience is a plus but not required.
