Caregiver - Full-Time

Caregiver Role We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on support and build meaningful relationships with residents, enhancing their quality of life. Responsibilities Include Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care. Following and documenting changes in Individualized Service Plans (ISP). Promoting safety, dignity, and independence for residents. Engaging residents through conversation and activities. Supporting dining services and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. Communicating effectively with families and care teams. Creating enriching experiences for memory care residents. Qualifications High School Diploma/GED and age 18 or older. CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain). Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills. Key Skills Empathy and patience. Ability to follow care plans and document accurately. Effective communication with residents, families, and team members.
