Caregiver - Full-Time

About the role

The Caregiver provides hands-on support to seniors, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care. They follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP), document changes, and promote safety, dignity, and independence. The role involves engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, caregivers create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss. The position emphasizes making a positive impact and fostering meaningful relationships with residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs and support resident independence
• Follow care plans and document any changes
• Engage residents and promote safety and dignity
• Support dining and maintain a clean environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care team members
• Create enriching experiences in Memory Care settings

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• Age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
