Responsibilities

  • Utilize advanced analytical techniques, technology, and Readiness Based Sparing (RBS) methodologies to build sophisticated predictive models.
  • Forecast and determine the optimal inventory of spare parts required to sustain and support various defense platforms and systems.
  • Aggregate and process extensive engineering, reliability, and cost data to conduct complex scenario analyses.
  • Innovate and implement new modeling procedures to continuously assess how inventory decisions impact overall fleet readiness and operational budgets.
  • Serve as the principal modeling advisor by translating complex analytical data into actionable recommendations and executive briefings for senior leadership.

Requirements

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social).
