About the role

The Supply Specialist is responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and maintaining relationships with suppliers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the procurement process from sourcing to delivery
  • Research and evaluate potential suppliers
  • Prepare and submit purchase orders
  • Monitor contract performance and supplier compliance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing
  • Handle supplier inquiries and complaints
  • Update records and maintain supplier information

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of procurement processes and regulations
  • Experience with ERP systems and procurement software
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
