About the role
The Supply Specialist is responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Manage the procurement process from sourcing to delivery
- Research and evaluate potential suppliers
- Prepare and submit purchase orders
- Monitor contract performance and supplier compliance
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing
- Handle supplier inquiries and complaints
- Update records and maintain supplier information
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Knowledge of procurement processes and regulations
- Experience with ERP systems and procurement software
