***Supply Revenue Analyst - Remote - Equipment Supplied***

Major Responsibilities

• Request Documentation Review and Validation
• Review item master request packets for completeness before proceeding with item setup or attribute updates.
• Validate manufacturer name, catalog number, item description, size, packaging, unit of measure, and other key item attributes against attached supporting documentation.
• Use approved source documentation in the preferred order established by process guidance, including vendor link or PDF, AccessGUDID link, vendor email, de-identified vendor bill, or documented vendor phone confirmation.
• Route back or escalate requests supported only by unapproved, incomplete, or conflicting documentation.
• Supply Revenue Guide and Crosswalk Application
• Use the approved Supply Revenue Reference Guide and related crosswalks as the governed source for supply revenue attribute assignment.
• MATCH incoming item requests to approved guide entries using category, keywords, item description, manufacturer, catalog number, packaging, size, and contents information.
• Apply guide-provided values for chargeable status, HCPCS-related attributes, revenue-related attributes, and other governed item master fields only when a clear approved match exists.
• Follow predefined guide values exactly as maintained and do not create new categories, override guide logic, or infer missing business rules.
