About the role
Serve as the dedicated site transformation resource responsible for deploying the Future Focused Planning program at assigned manufacturing sites. Guide the site team through the full transition to the new Target Operating Model (TOM), ensuring sustainable adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working. Bridge the gap between the central deployment program and the site, translating strategic transformation objectives into practical, site-level outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end deployment of the Future Focused Planning program at assigned manufacturing sites
- Partner with site leadership and supply planning teams to drive adoption of the new Target Operating Model (TOM)
- Conduct site readiness assessments and identify gaps against the target state
- Develop and execute site-specific deployment and change management plans
- Deliver training and capability-building sessions for site supply planning teams
- Track and report site progress against deployment milestones and KPIs to the Deployment Lead
- Identify and escalate risks and issues in a timely manner
- Embed new ways of working, processes, and tools at site level to ensure lasting change
- Capture and share site learnings to support continuous improvement of the overall deployment approach
- Ensure the site is fully prepared for post-deployment sustainability and hypercare exit
Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of supply planning, S&OP, production planning, or manufacturing supply chain experience, preferably within pharma, biotech, medical device, or regulated manufacturing environments
- Experience supporting manufacturing sites and end-to-end planning processes, including demand, supply, capacity, inventory, and production planning
- Strong understanding of S&OP processes, including demand, supply/capacity, inventory, procurement, and site reviews
- Experience with SAP and planning tools such as SAP IBP, Blue Yonder/JDA, Infor, APS, MPS, MRP, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of MPS, MRP, capacity planning, bottleneck scheduling, resource allocation, campaign planning, and production order management
- Experience leading or supporting supply chain transformations, operating model deployments, process improvements, or large-scale change initiatives
Pay
$55-62/hr
Schedule
100% Remote with some paid travel required. Must reside in EST/CST time zones. Contract of 2-years, with potential extensions and/or conversion.
