Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in supply management, inventory control, driving or related roles
  • Driver’s License with a clear record
  • Must be available and willing to travel to various locations

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Keep track of shelter supplies such as food, hygiene items, clothing, and cleaning products
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and restock items as needed
  • Place orders for additional supplies, coordinating with vendors
  • Receive and check all shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality before storing items
  • Maintain organized records of supplies in the shelter's inventory system
  • Drive clients to and from their appointments safely, ensuring a supportive and respectful environment
  • Communicate with shelter staff regarding any special supply needs or transportation schedules
  • Avoidance of any general tasks as needed to support smooth shelter operations
