Responsibilities
- Physically maintain inventory of materials, supplies, and equipment for the TCDM and TDH, in the Inventory Storage Facility located on the second floor of the Skyline building.
- Organize and maintain the designated Inventory Management system for materials, supplies, and equipment, receiving training, producing reports, and creating orders to be placed as needed.
- Create a distribution schedule that keeps all stakeholders well supplied at all times.
- Utilize the TouroOne Buy System powered by Unimarket, to place requests to replenish the inventory levels and fulfill the orders from the list of authorized suppliers.
- Use a system that scans items received from vendors into inventory.
- Produce reports, and schedule monthly meetings with the Vice Dean, and the Touro College and University System Executive Director of Operations and Procurement.
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma/GED Equivalent is required.
- A Bachelor of Arts is preferred.
- General administrative duties required.
- Effectively manage and organize daily tasks, independently and with a team, while balancing multiple projects and meeting deadlines required.
- Strong attention to details required.
- Accuracy and productivity in completing tasks required.
- Customer service and team orientated required.
- A high degree of interpersonal competency: Professionalism, diplomacy, judgement, and discretion required.
- Demonstrated ability to develop positive and cooperative relationships with students, faculty, and colleagues required.
- An overall business acumen, ethical decision making, and relationship management skills required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in communication (written and verbal) required.
- A proven strength in verbal and written communications and interpersonal collaborative skills.
- A proven ability to multitask and meet overlapping deadlines.
Pay
Minimum Salary: USD $46,400.00/Yr.
Maximum Salary: USD $58,000.00/Yr.
