About the role

UofL Health is a fully integrated regional academic health system with seven hospitals, four medical centers, nearly 200 physician practice locations, more than 700 providers, the Frazier Rehabilitation Institute and the Brown Cancer Center.

Responsibilities

• Supports the accurate maintenance of the supply inventory
• Daily restocking of shelves
• Rotates inventory
• Performs cycle counts or other inventories
• Notifies Supervisor of outdates or slow moving inventory
• Supports and maintains inventory level for 3rd party system or Lawson Par locations
• Maintains clean and orderly stock locations
• Maintains professional image when assisting customers in person or by phone on VOCERA
• Processes shipment to stock or delivers
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Basic Lawson functions
• Basic knowledge of 3rd party system utilized at facility
• Assist in packing case carts as needed

Qualifications

• High school or GED required
• Associate’s or Bachelor Degree preferred

Skills

• Supply Chain related experience
• Team Management and/or Project Management
