Supply Chain Subcontracts Specialist – Level 4 or 5

We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The description includes a paragraph about Northrop Grumman, then Job Description paragraph. We need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content: Description (intro) maybe "About the role". Then Responsibilities (list). Then Basic Qualifications (Level 4 and Level 5) - these are qualifications. Also Preferred Qualifications. Also Salary range (Pay). Also Benefits (they mention benefits). Also Travel: Yes, 10% of the Time (maybe schedule? Actually travel is not schedule but could be included under Schedule? The instruction: Use headings for Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Travel is not schedule but maybe we can include under Schedule? But schedule refers to work schedule; travel percentage maybe not schedule. Could include under Responsibilities? Not needed. Probably we can include a "Travel" note under Responsibilities or as a separate paragraph. But we should not create Schedule section unless posting actually states schedule (like shift, hours). It does not. So we omit Schedule. We have Pay: they give Primary Level Salary Range and Secondary Level Salary Range. So we include Pay section. Benefits: they mention variety of benefits including health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, company paid holidays and PTO. So we include Benefits. Qualifications: we have Basic Qualifications for Level 4 and Level 5, and Preferred Qualifications. Could combine into Requirements/Qualifications. Use heading "Qualifications". Could also have "Requirements". The instruction: use headings for About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can have both Requirements and Qualifications? Might be redundant. Better to pick one that fits. The posting has "Basic Qualifications" and "Preferred Qualifications". So we can use "Qualifications" heading and include both basic and preferred as lists. Or we could split: Requirements for basic, Qualifications for preferred. But we need to avoid thin sections. Probably combine into Qualifications. Also we might have Skills: they mention proficiency with Microsoft Office, etc. Could be under Skills. But we could also include under Qualifications. Since we have Qualifications already, we could add Skills separate if there is specific skill content. The posting mentions "Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel" and also "Experience with SAP, Costpoint or related business application software", "Experience with Subcontract negotiations", etc. Those could be skills. But we can keep them under Qualifications. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include location list, travel statement, remote work not available, etc. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, application period, etc. Remove those. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers. We must output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:

But we are only allowed to use

for section headings, not

. The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should not use

. We need to keep only

headings. So we need to embed the subheadings maybe as or within

. But we must not create extra headings. So we can keep Qualifications as one

and inside we can have paragraphs and lists, maybe with bold text for Level 4/Level 5. Thus:

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications – Level 4

    ...

Basic Qualifications – Level 5

    ...

Preferred Qualifications

    ...
That respects using only

for section headings. Pay:

Pay

Primary Level Salary Range: $112,200.00 - $176,300.00

Secondary Level Salary Range: $139,700.00 - $219,500.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.

Benefits:

Benefits

Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.

We should also include location and travel info maybe under About the role or Responsibilities. Already included in About the role paragraph. We must not include EEO, application period, etc. Check for any leftover boilerplate: we removed "The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days..." etc. Also removed "Northrop Grumman is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." etc. Also removed "U.S. Citizenship is required for all positions with a government clearance and certain other restricted positions." That's part of qualifications? Actually it's a note about citizenship; but we already have "Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance (U.S. citizenship a prerequisite)" in qualifications. So we can omit the separate line. Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The description about "Relocation Assistance: No relocation assistance available CLEARANCE REQUIRED FOR START: No CLEARANCE TYPE: None TRAVEL: Yes, 10% of the Time". We included travel in About the role. We didn't include relocation assistance or clearance info because they say No relocation assistance, No clearance required. That's not substantive? It's a detail but maybe we should include? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should include that there is no relocation assistance and no clearance required. However we already have clearance requirement in qualifications (must obtain Secret). Wait the posting says CLEARANCE REQUIRED FOR START: No CLEARANCE TYPE: None. That contradicts the qualification requiring Secret clearance. Actually the posting includes both: In the metadata at top: "CLEARANCE REQUIRED FOR START: No CLEARANCE TYPE: None". Then later in qualifications: "Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance (U.S. citizenship a prerequisite)". This is contradictory but we must preserve both. So we need to include the statement that
