Supply Chain Subcontracts Specialist – Level 4 or 5

Northrop Grumman · Aurora, CO · 1 mo ago
On-siteManagement$112k–$176k/yrContract
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The description includes a paragraph about Northrop Grumman, then Job Description paragraph. We need to decide sections: maybe "About the role" (the description paragraph), "Responsibilities", "Qualifications" (maybe combine Basic Qualifications for Level 4 and Level 5?), "Preferred Qualifications", "Benefits", "Pay", "Schedule"? The posting includes salary ranges (Primary Level Salary Range and Secondary Level Salary Range). Also mentions benefits: health insurance, life and disability, savings plan, company paid holidays, PTO. Also mentions overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonus, annual bonuses, long term incentives for VP/Director. So we can include Benefits and Pay sections. Schedule: not mentioned besides remote work not available, travel 10% of time. Travel is not schedule. No explicit schedule (full-time). We could omit Schedule if not specific. The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. So we can include Pay (salary ranges) and Benefits (list). Also maybe "Travel" not a standard heading; we could include under Responsibilities? Not needed. The headings allowed: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to use

for section headings. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. We need to preserve all substantive information. Remove boilerplate: EEO, application period, etc. Also remove relocation assistance, clearance required, travel line? Travel is substantive: "TRAVEL: Yes, 10% of the Time". Should we include that? It's not a standard heading but could be included in Responsibilities or maybe a separate section? Not in allowed headings. Could include under Responsibilities as a bullet? But it's not a responsibility. Could include under "About the role"? Might be okay to include as a paragraph after description. However instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Travel line is not boilerplate; it's substantive. We need to preserve it. Where to put? Could add a short paragraph after About the role: maybe under "About the role" we include that sentence. Or we could create a "Travel" section but not allowed heading. So we incorporate into About the role. Also "Remote work is not available." That's also substantive; could be included similarly. We need to avoid placeholder text like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's structure:

We should not include Schedule section as no specific schedule info. Check for any duplicated content: we removed relocation assistance, clearance required line (we kept clearance requirement in Qualifications). We removed "TRAVEL: Yes, 10% of the Time" line but we incorporated travel sentence in About the role. Good. We removed "CLEARANCE REQUIRED FOR START: No CLEARANCE TYPE: None" but we kept clearance requirement as Must have ability to obtain and maintain US Gov Secret clearance (U.S. citizenship prerequisite). That's correct. We removed "U.S. Citizenship is required for all positions with a government clearance and certain other restricted positions." but we already have citizenship prerequisite in Qualifications. We removed EEO statement, application period, etc. We removed "The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days..." etc. We removed "Northrop Grumman is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." etc. We removed "For our complete EEO and pay transparency statement, please visit..." We removed "Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay." but we included overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonus in Benefits. We removed "Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results." included. We removed "Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives." included. We removed "In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business." included. We removed "The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions." This is substantive but maybe we can include as a paragraph under Pay? It's not a list but could be a p. However instruction: Use

for prose. Could add a

after the list. But we need to preserve all substantive information. So we should include that sentence. Let's add a

after the Pay list. Similarly, we might want to include a sentence about "Primary Level Salary Range: ... Secondary Level Salary Range:" we already have as list. The guideline sentence is extra. Add:

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Now check for any other substantive info: "Remote work is not available." we included. "Travel is required for approximately 10% of the time." we included. Check for any mention of "Primary Level Salary Range: $112,200.00 - $176,300.00 Secondary Level Salary Range: $139,700.00 - $219,500.00" we have. Check for "Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay." we included in Benefits. Check for "Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results." included. Check for "Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives." included. Check for "In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business." included.
