GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITY

Ensures the flow of materials and products, meeting customer demand while minimizing costs and maximizing operational efficiencies.

Essential Functions

  • Drive Sales and Ops Planning.
    • Analyze opportunities that derive from the S&OP meetings.
    • Create the master schedule to support the growth of the company.
    • Gather and interpret relevant data that supports the KPIs within the Supply Chain, Facilities, and Safety.
    • Report on performance while identifying improvements.
    • Analyze ordering trends to optimize replenishment efforts while maintaining optimum stock levels.
    • Analyze inventory waste and make recommendations for improvement.
    • Evaluate new product opportunities to ensure standardization of product offerings and process.
  • Maintain records and documentation within the eQMS document control system related to each department of the Supply Chain including Facilities and Safety.
    • Maintain the product catalog through the product life cycle.
    • Maintain device management documentation and oversight to ensure compliance.
  • Oversee the Point of Care offerings and maintain the relationship with the suppliers.
    • Provide an analytical review of projects, new business opportunities, and proposals to ensure they align across the complete supply chain.
    • Collaborate with corporate leadership to facilitate and implement process improvements and Preventive Action to support the performance and needs of the business and its clients.
    • Oversee change management requests and requirements.
    • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Facilities, and Safety on developing requirements and standards.
    • Lead Root Cause analysis.
    • Present findings along with the corrective action that was completed.
  • Maintain risk mitigation strategies within the Supply Chain, Facilities, and Safety.
    • Be able to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local safety and health regulations that would apply to this job.

Job Qualifications

  • EDUCATION: Associate degree or relevant experience in related field
  • EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5 years warehouse and material handling experience emphasizing product flow, the quality of product, and process improvement.
  • SKILLS & ABILITIES: Good organizational skills, problem solving skills, ability to manage multiple tasks at one time in an efficient and timely manner, good verbal and written communication skills, ability to work independently with minimal direction, cooperative approach to teamwork, must work well under pressure, PC skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Office, experience with an ERP system, ability to be at work and on time, ability and judgment to interact and communicate appropriately with other employees, clients and management.

  • EQUIPMENT: Computer terminal, Communication equipment, printers, 10 key calculator, shipping terminals, box knife, material handling equipment, storage racks, dock doors, dumpsters, ladder, dolly, pallet jack, trash compactor, forklift.
  • OTHER: This position requires an acceptable driving record; high energy and constant movement; work outside of normal business hours as necessary according to workload; some weekend work required; exposure to heat, dust and noise. Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment. Forklift operator requires minimum age of 18 years. Trash compactor requires minimum age of 18 years. Travel between campuses and outside processing facilities is required.

Pay Range

$52,500 - $100,000 Starting pay range: $52,500-$68,000
