Supply Chain Specialist

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in logistics and supply chain management, particularly with packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers
• Comprehensive understanding of logistics workflows, documentation, and global supply chain operations
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts with clarity in English
• Meticulous attention to detail when reviewing and creating supply chain documentation
• Prior experience identifying process improvements in a logistics context

What you'll do

• Review, analyze, and provide input on logistics documents such as packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers for authenticity, accuracy, and industry compliance
• Develop and annotate sample documentation to highlight best practices in logistics and supply chain management
• Evaluate and suggest improvements in current supply chain workflows based on real-world experience
• Deliver detailed feedback on logistics-related scenarios, focusing on document structures and process optimization

Payment

Current payrate will be $50 per hour.
