About the role
The Supply Chain Rotational Program (SCRP) is a 3–4-year program consisting of three, 12–18-month rotations spanning across various HYMH locations. Associates will join a different supply chain functional area for each rotation. As a part of that team, the rotational will assume the same full-time responsibilities as the core members and get the opportunity to lead at least one project at each rotation, plus other job shadowing projects. While in the program, associates will also achieve a professional certification in a relevant field. By the end of the SCRP, associates have gained skills and understanding of the supply chain from end to end.
Following the completion of the Program and its requirements, associates will be placed into a permanent role. This placement is determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to associate preference, associate skill level, and HYMH business needs.
