About the role

Gain hands‑on experience across distribution, warehouse operations, inventory control, purchasing and logistics while rotating through different roles over 18‑24 months. Responsibilities

• Develop foundational knowledge of Uline’s supply chain operations, systems and processes.
• Contribute to supply chain projects that improve efficiency and support growth.
• Travel to Uline's North American locations to gain hands‑on experience across the business.
• Analyze business data and reporting to enhance operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, industrial engineering or a related field.
• Available to travel and spend several weeks at Uline's North American locations as needed.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
