About the Role

HYMH designs, engineers, manufactures, sells, and services a comprehensive line of lift trucks and aftermarket parts marketed globally under the Hyster and Yale brand names. The Supply Chain Rotational Program (SCRP) is a 3–4-year program consisting of three 12–18-month rotations across various HYMH locations. Associates will join different supply chain functional areas for each rotation, assuming full-time responsibilities, leading at least one project per rotation, and participating in job shadowing. During the program, associates will also achieve a professional certification in a relevant field. Upon completion, associates will be placed into a permanent role based on preference, skill level, and business needs.

Program Details

As part of the program, the Supply Chain Rotational team member will rotate through a variety of positions over a structured period. These positions and locations include but are not limited to:

  • New Product Development (NPD) Analyst
  • Supply Chain Systems Developer

Requirements

• BS degree in Business with a concentration in Supply Chain (required)
• Experience gained through Supply Chain internships or other related work involvement (required)
• Intermediate to advanced competence with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) (required)
• Business, Management, and Project Management Skills (required)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills (required)
• Basic understanding of Six Sigma (preferred)
• SAP Knowledge (Supply Chain) (preferred)
• Experience with data reporting tools (PowerBI) (preferred)

Travel required: 1-10%. Primary location: Greenville, NC (Headquarters). Relocation assistance available.
