About the role
This position involves assisting with product conversions, updating data, and participating in the design or maintenance of par location item layout. Responsibilities also include inspecting and accepting deliveries, completing replenishment, picking, and receiving processes, tagging capital equipment, resolving invoice discrepancies, delivering supplies, performing par cart inventories, and managing warehouse areas.
Responsibilities
- Affix tags to capital equipment upon receipt and communicate necessary information to purchasing.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies related to purchase orders and prepare items for return.
- Deliver supplies, equipment, and packages to customers, ensuring accurate location delivery.
- Pick up return items, perform daily par cart inventories, and deliver supplies to assigned areas.
- Establish relationships with clinical departments to ensure collaboration and provide feedback on par level adjustments.
- Ensure par areas are orderly, properly tagged, and sufficiently stocked.
- Disburse materials to various facility locations according to established routes and schedules.
- Maintain warehouse and other assigned areas in a clean, safe, and organized manner.
Requirements
- Possesses basic math skills.

Qualifications
- High School Grad or Equiv.
- 1+ year of related work experience in supply chain or customer service setting.
