About the role

The Supply Chain Quality Coordinator is responsible for ensuring product quality in Supply Chain, leading local projects in the area of quality, and providing professional quality control support in specific areas within Supply Chain for Materials Quality in the Factory & 3PL.

Responsibilities

  • Train all warehouse staff and outside 3PL on Good Warehouse Practice and quality awareness on materials.
  • Train warehouse staff on cleaning procedures and allergy management in the warehouse.
  • Train warehouse staff on personal hygiene.
  • Carry out Good Warehouse Practice inspections for the warehouse and surroundings.
  • Frequent inspection on 3PL sites for cleaning performance and corrective action.
  • Check personal attitudes in process areas and enforce quality system sustainably.
  • Join HACCP team, follow pest control management activities, and implement corrective action plans.
  • Share supplier complaints and investigations with warehouse team.
  • Implement sampling plans for raw and packaging materials levels 1-4.
  • Ensure full implementation of R&P Quality Procedures for receiving, issuance to production, and returns to warehouse.
  • Prepare and follow up on daily/weekly Supply Chain Quality reports.
  • Manage sampling of arrival materials based on sample quantities defined by the quality team.
  • Conduct Warehouse Quality Audits monthly.
  • Ensure full implementation of R&P Quality Procedures for receiving, issuance to production, and returns to warehouse.
  • Manage inventory accuracy, number of quality observations, corrective actions, temperature & humidity monitoring, completion of action plans, adherence to checklists, visibility on risks, production attainment, zero defects, and warehouse compliance.

Requirements

  • At least successful operational experience in the role at business level in quality management.
  • Relevant operational experience in logistic, technical, transportation.
  • Experience in managing work independently with little direction.
  • Good leadership, analytical thinking, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Operate a computer terminal and warehouse-related software.
  • Developed ability in Excel skills.
  • Project management.
  • Able to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
  • Good knowledge of end-to-end planning to produce, supply understanding, optimization techniques.
  • Results-oriented.

Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Aptitude for automated mechanical processes with good troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, math, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work multiple shifts and/or schedules.
  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
  • One-year related experience (preferred).
