Supply Chain Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Support supply ordering, manual order entry, order tracking, appointment follow-up, inventory reporting, and discrepancy research across inventory and sales data.
• Entering forecasted orders, purchase orders, and order adjustments accurately and on time.
• Tracking inbound orders to ensure appointment times are met and trucks are received.
• Verifying supplier order confirmations and delivery dates.
• Maintaining variance reports around items ordered vs. received, forecasted vs. actual sales, and inventory levels vs. targets.
• Reviewing pallet weight, truck capacity, item numbers, anomalies, and other key order details.
• Using Excel and internal systems to analyze large amounts of inventory and SKU data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of order entry, inventory, supply chain, or logistics experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas such as VLOOKUPs and XLOOKUPs (required).
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfort working with large data sets, inventory reports, and SKU-level details.
• Able to analyze discrepancies accurately.
