Supply Chain Production Coordinator
About the job
The Production Coordinator supports end-to-end production execution to ensure on-time delivery, material readiness, and clear cross-functional alignment. This role partners closely with Supply Chain, Product Development, Planning, and Operations to maintain accurate production schedules, proactively identify risks, and keep product flowing efficiently from factory through delivery. This is a highly detail-oriented role that requires strong follow-through, critical thinking, and the ability to operate in a fast-moving environment. This role reports to the Director, Supply Chain.
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain production schedules to meet launch and delivery timelines
- Partner with the Sr. Capacity Planner, Product Development, and Project Management to ensure schedule accuracy and alignment
- Track production status and communicate risks, delays, and changes to internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate production documentation, reporting, and system updates
- Coordinate third party inspections and audits, ensuring compliance timelines are met
- Communicate shipment updates and schedule adjustments to cross functional teams
- Support resolution of production issues including late shipments and material challenges
- Contribute to process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce operational friction
- Other related duties as required.
Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2 to 4 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing coordination, or supply chain operations
- Working knowledge of manufacturing and production processes within the category
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of personalities and cross-functional partners
- Comfortable working with technology and learning new systems and tools
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Experience working cross-functionally in a product-based business
- Comfortable operating in a high-growth, evolving environment
Pay
This position's annual base salary range is $75,000–$85,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
