We need to remove boilerplate: the Los Angeles County applicants only line, the employment agency stuff, the Niagara Plant Name line maybe minor metadata; we can fold into a short
or drop. The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." So we can drop the Los Angeles County line and the employment agency lines and Niagara Plant Name line as they are boilerplate/legal. Also remove the link to benefits? The benefits section includes a URL; we can keep the URL as part of benefits description? Might be considered boilerplate but it's part of benefits info. Probably keep it.
We need to decide sections: About the role (intro), Responsibilities (Essential Functions), Requirements (Qualifications?), maybe Skills (Competencies), Benefits, Pay. Also Education could be part of Qualifications. Could combine Qualifications and Education into a Requirements section. But we need to follow instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications (including required/preferred, education, LIFE competency), Benefits, Pay.
We must not create Schedule section because not present.
We must not create Skills section unless we have specific skills list; we have Competencies which could be Skills. But we could incorporate Competencies into Qualifications or Responsibilities. However the instruction says use headings like Skills if we have content. We have Competencies with descriptions; that could be Skills section. But we already have Qualifications; maybe better to have Qualifications (required/preferred, education) and Skills (competencies). But we need to avoid many thin sections. Could combine Qualifications and Skills into one "Requirements" section with subheadings? But we must use only
for section headings; we cannot have subheadings inside? Could use for each major section; inside we can have - . If we combine, we might lose some structure but still preserve info.
Let's think: The posting has distinct sections: Essential Functions (Responsibilities), Competencies (Skills), Qualifications (Required/Preferred), Education, Benefits, Pay. That's many sections. But we can merge some: e.g., "Qualifications and Skills" as one section, with sub-lists for Required, Preferred, Education, Competencies. However the instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we can aim for maybe 4 sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications & Skills, Benefits & Pay. But we need to ensure we don't lose any info.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown.
Let's craft:
