Supply Chain Integration MOC and Readiness PM (Hybrid, Houston, TX)

Responsibilities

• Own Supply Chain change management and readiness execution, including stakeholder communications, training, cutover prep, and hypercare.
• Validate systems and process change impacts across data, roles, reporting, and operating models.
• Drive stakeholder and supplier alignment, confirming impacted groups, change champions, and feedback channels.
• Manage readiness deliverables: 30/60/90 day MOC actions, training, job aids, documentation, and escalation paths.
• Cook up supplier facing readiness for process changes, testing, cutover, and support.
• Integrate MOC into program governance, providing readiness status, risks, and escalations.
• Support testing, cutover, and hypercare readiness for impacted users and support teams.
• Escalate readiness risks and adoption gaps, tracking training completion and feedback themes.

Requirements

• 6+ years in supply chain, project/change management, transformation, or operational readiness.
• Experience managing readiness plans, change impacts, stakeholder communications, and adoption activities.
• Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, and modeling tools.
• PMP, change management, Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
