About the Role

Shaw Industries is searching for high-potential recent college graduates to launch a successful career in Supply Chain operations through our well-established Supply Chain Development Program (SCDP). The program trains select individuals, establishes formal mentorships, and prepares future leaders within our Supply Chain organization.

Spring Cohort begins January 11th; Fall Cohort begins July 2027.

Location: 3 rotations in Dalton, Georgia and 1 rotation at a Shaw RDC (location may vary). Housing assistance is provided.

Responsibilities

The SCDP is a 2-year development program featuring 4 six-month rotations in key supply chain groups of your choice. Participants gain on-the-job training, industry exposure, and the opportunity to execute new initiatives within our integrated supply chain organization.

• Complete an initial 9–12 week onboarding with other SCDP trainees, including business acumen and leadership training.
• Gain practical experience through rotational assignments in the following areas:
  • Logistics
  • Sourcing
  • Planning
  • Samples
  • Integrated Customer Care
  • Business Solutions
• Develop communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills while navigating daily supply chain complexities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Ability to relocate (housing assistance provided).
• Internship or general work experience is much preferred.

Pay

$60,000–$80,000/year with advancement opportunities.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Hours may vary depending on facility and training schedule needs. Non-rotating 8-hour shifts starting in the AM.
