Role And Responsibilities

• Develop and implement demand management strategies to align supply with forecasted demand.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory planning.
• Analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform demand management strategies.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of demand management initiatives.
• Support new product launches by coordinating cross-functional efforts for smooth execution.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in supply chain demand management or CPFR.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP ERP or similar systems.

Skills And Qualifications

• Experience in the consumer electronics or retail industry (preferred).
• Familiarity with global supply chain operations and logistics (preferred).
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration (preferred).
