Demand Planner Supply Chain
Responsibilities
- Aid in compiling product forecasts, reviewing historical trends, researching demand drivers, and preparing forecast data to develop a consensus forecast model.
- Develop and maintain various reports essential for daily operations within the department.
- Analyze Salesforce opportunities, forecast, and material availability to manage inventory levels.
- Participate in conference calls with contract manufacturing and ODM partners to prioritize production schedules based on component allocations and demand forecasts.
- Gather and communicate information on materials availability, delivery schedules, and delivery methods, and drive resolutions as necessary.
- Expedite and follow up on deliveries as needed to meet demand forecasts.
- Review, maintain, and level inventory across global logistics centers.
- Work with the Order Management Team to resolve sales order fulfillment challenges as required.
- Manage and maintain stock keeping units (SKUs) and bill of materials (BOMs) in Oracle.
Requirements
- BS or BA degree with emphasis in Supply Chain Management preferred.
- 0-3 years of experience in a Supply Chain field.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Oracle.
- Flexible to adapt as required and capable of working in a fast-paced job environment.
- Able to communicate effectively in a succinct and organized manner, both verbally and in writing, at all levels of the organization.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy under tight time deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem-solve and think independently.
- Highly motivated and willing to drive continuous improvement for both self and the company.

The wage range for this position is $65,000 - $100,000, with exact salary offers determined by factors such as the candidate's subject knowledge, skill level, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. All roles are eligible to participate in the Fortinet equity program, and bonus eligibility is reviewed at the time of hire and annually.
